You are right, I have no baseline readings. I just know the main TV keeps the signal consistently across all channels, and the second TV has problems whenever receiving a signal through the in-wall coax, but not when bypassing that cable. I did change out all other parts including the splitter, but the changed parts did not help the problem. remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box ect (so unplug it from the power socket). Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly. Please tell me which part of the instructions you are confused with.
My LG would say starting chromecast, then nothing, no signal. I tried all Google troubleshoot recommendations and nothing. Finally, when I changed the aspect ratio of my tv to 4:3 then unplugged and plugged the chromecast back in (movie was already being casted from Netflix) it finally recognized it and I was showing the movie!

I have an LG B9 OLED TV and had Freeview tuned in since I bought it in August 2019, including the HD channels: BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 which are channels 101 to 105. However, about two weeks ago I noticed that the Quick Access on the remote was missing these channels from the 1 to 5 buttons.

I have a 5800x, 3070 ti, and a LG TV with the same problem. I notice that debug led coming out with something when I try it. Someone I know mentioned it was a bug a bios update would fix but I never looked further. I know when I moved my PC back from my TV to the real monitor it wasn't posting into I went into bios because it failed to boot. 1.

Make sure the hdmi cable is on the HDMI OUT on the back of the cable box. Some have an HDMI IN on the back. It can only be one of 3 things. The box, the tv input or the hdmi cable. You can rule the last 2 out by plugging something else into the tv with the same cord on the same tv input. HDMI can be very picky.
